Notes on accommodation

Due to the setting of the house, the large kitchen/living room is upstairs at garden level and leads onto the large, stone terrace and gardens. The large gardens have many stone steps in places and are unsuited to small children.

The kitchen is fully equipped with:

Electric fan-assisted oven; ceramic hob with halogen heating elements; dishwasher; very large fridge with separate freezer compartment and ice-maker; double toaster; filter coffee machine; electric kettle; extractor hood. There is an extensive range of quality cookware, utensils, crockery and glassware.

There is also a CD player with range of CDs and there is WiFi Internet access.

Downstairs is a washing machine in the downstairs bathroom. In the sitting room is a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime Video, etc and DVD player with a range of DVDs

Accessibility

Since the property is on two levels, set into the hillside with stone steps in many places, it is unsuited to wheelchair users.

Outside

There is a very large terrace with a large table and chairs for outside dining, backing onto the gardens.

The beautiful, well-stocked gardens and small orchard, on different levels and backing onto open farmland, are a real feature of the property. There is plenty of garden furniture and a Weber-style barbecue. Although there is specifically no pool (in order to preserve the peaceful environment), there are a number of nearby places for river swimming.
