Terms
Prices include the provision of bed-linen and towels.
Also provided are dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid and salt and pepper (those annoying things you have to buy for self-catering but normally have to leave behind!).
Weekly bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday.
A booking deposit of 20% of the rental price is required to secure a booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental.
A refundable Security Deposit of £500 is payable with the balance payment.
There is also a contribution to cleaning and laundry charges at the end of the stay, which is €200 paid locally to our house manager.

The cottage is available for rent independently from October to April inclusive. From May to September it is only available if rented with the Main House.
